Round Robin takes place Saturday, September 13, 2025 from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Bracket play is Sunday, September 14, 2025 from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
**Current times are estimates and final schedules will be sent out a minimum of 2 weeks beforehand.

We’re hosting two divisions:
Open Division: Highly Competitive (Open to All)
Women’s Division: Highly Competitive women and nonbinary teams
Players must be at least 18 years old to participate.

$75 per player
Early Bird: $65 if you register before June 20th
This fee covers venue rental, referees, insurance, and prize pools.

Yes! Estimated $2,000 per division (minimum $1,000), depending on registration and sponsorship.

Yes, all games are officiated by trained and paid referees.
Players will not need to ref matches during their breaks.
This supports player safety and sport growth.

  • Saturday – Round robin

Final schedule will be released a minimum of two weeks before the event.

Registration is through Zeffy and you can register HERE. Max team size is 10.

Yes! We’re working on group rates with local hotels. Info sent to registered players by mid-June.

Yes! Food trucks will be on-site, plus water stations for all players.

A certified on-call medic will be present. First aid and emergency protocols are also in place.
